Blogging is a key feature of any marketing strategy. If you’re looking to engage current customers or bring in new ones, you need to focus on search engine optimization (SEO).
If your content doesn’t rank well on Google’s search results, there’s very little chance that a potential customer seeking solutions you offer can actually find your blog. Honestly, how often do you go beyond the first results page? For most people, the answer is almost never.
This is why I recommend you start and build all your blog posts from the beginning with SEO in mind. Let’s dive into the writing tips for bloggers to craft SEO-optimized content.
Keyword Research
The first step is keyword research. This process involves finding and analyzing keywords or search terms that users type into search engines. These keywords should align with topics relevant to your business.
Keyword research helps you compile a list of the best phrases to use in your content. These will help your blog rank higher on search results, ensuring that your content reaches the right audience.
